This site does not request sensitive personal data. However, when describing your matter you might voluntarily disclose it — for example, information about court proceedings, financial position, immigration status or labor disputes.

We ask that you share only what is essential for an initial assessment. Any sensitive data you provide will be treated in strict confidence, with reinforced security measures and under the professional privilege governing the practice of law.

6. ARCO rights

We will respond within the periods established by law. Exercising these rights is free of charge. Please note that cancellation or objection may not proceed where there is a legal obligation to retain the information, or where the data is necessary to perform a contract or defend an ongoing matter.

7. Withdrawal of consent

You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to info@aceb.com.mx following the procedure described above. Withdrawal has no retroactive effect and cannot affect existing legal obligations or ongoing matters.

8. Limiting use and disclosure

You may also ask us to stop using your data for the additional purposes listed in section 4, or request inclusion in our internal exclusion list, at no cost.

9. Security measures

We apply reasonable administrative, technical and physical measures to protect your data against loss, misuse, unauthorized access, alteration or disclosure. Access is restricted to personnel who need it to handle your matter, subject to confidentiality duties and professional privilege.

10. Cookies and tracking technologies

This site does not install its own advertising tracking cookies and does not build commercial profiles.

It does load typefaces from an external service (Google Fonts), which means your IP address is communicated to that provider in order to deliver the font files. Your browser may also store technical data locally.

If we add traffic measurement tools in the future, we will update this notice before activating them.

11. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described and thereafter for the periods required by applicable civil, commercial, tax and professional regulations. Once those periods elapse, data is deleted or anonymized through secure procedures.

12. Changes to this notice

This notice may be amended to reflect regulatory changes or changes in our services or internal practices. Any amendment will be published on this page with the update date shown at the top.

13. Data protection authority

If you believe your right to personal data protection has been infringed, you may approach the competent authority. Following the constitutional reform on organic simplification, the powers formerly held by INAI were assumed by the Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno, under the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties in force since March 21, 2025.
