1. Data controller

Asesores y Consultores AYCEB, S.C., operating commercially as ACEB — Asesores y Consultores Empresariales del Bajío, Mexican taxpayer ID (RFC) ACA210803KE5, with address at Av. Manuel Gómez Morín No. 3870, 5º Piso, Col. Centro Sur, C.P. 76090, Querétaro, Querétaro, México, is responsible for the processing of your personal data.

2. Personal data we collect

Through this website, the contact form, WhatsApp, email or direct dealings, we may collect:

• Identification and contact data: name, surname, email address, telephone number and, where applicable, the company you represent.
• Data about the matter you raise: the description of the case, query or legal, tax or financial need you share with us.
• Browsing data: IP address and technical device data, generated automatically when you visit the site.

If a professional relationship is formalized, we may request additional data required to provide the service, such as official identification, tax domicile, corporate records or case documentation.

3. Sensitive personal data

This site does not request sensitive personal data. However, when describing your matter you might voluntarily disclose it — for example, information about court proceedings, financial position, immigration status or labor disputes.

We ask that you share only what is essential for an initial assessment. Any sensitive data you provide will be treated in strict confidence, with reinforced security measures and under the professional privilege governing the practice of law.

4. Purposes of processing

Necessary purposes, without which we cannot assist you:

• Responding to your query and assessing the matter you raise.
• Identifying you and communicating with you through the means you provide.
• Preparing and presenting professional service proposals.
• Providing the advisory or representation services you may engage.
• Complying with legal, tax and accounting obligations arising from the professional relationship.

Additional purposes, which are not essential and which you may object to without affecting the handling of your matter:

• Sending you information on regulatory changes or legal and tax developments that may interest you.
• Inviting you to firm events, courses or publications.

If you do not wish your data to be used for these additional purposes, simply say so in your message or write to info@aceb.com.mx.

5. Data transfers

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data.

Your data may be shared only in the following cases:

• With administrative or judicial authorities, upon duly founded request or where necessary to defend your matter.
• With technology providers acting as processors, which handle data solely on our instructions — such as the site hosting service and the platform managing the contact form.
• With third parties involved in the contracted service, such as notaries, experts or corresponding counsel, where necessary and with your prior knowledge.

Some of these providers may store information on servers located outside Mexico. In all cases we require security and confidentiality conditions equivalent to those set out in this notice.

6. ARCO rights

You have the right to access your personal data, request its rectification where inaccurate, request its cancellation where you consider it unnecessary, and object to its processing for specific purposes.

To exercise them, send your request to info@aceb.com.mx stating your full name and a means of reply, a copy of official identification, a clear description of the data concerned and which right you wish to exercise.

We will respond within the periods established by law. Exercising these rights is free of charge. Please note that cancellation or objection may not proceed where there is a legal obligation to retain the information, or where the data is necessary to perform a contract or defend an ongoing matter.

7. Withdrawal of consent

You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to info@aceb.com.mx following the procedure described above. Withdrawal has no retroactive effect and cannot affect existing legal obligations or ongoing matters.

8. Limiting use and disclosure

You may also ask us to stop using your data for the additional purposes listed in section 4, or request inclusion in our internal exclusion list, at no cost.

9. Security measures

We apply reasonable administrative, technical and physical measures to protect your data against loss, misuse, unauthorized access, alteration or disclosure. Access is restricted to personnel who need it to handle your matter, subject to confidentiality duties and professional privilege.

10. Cookies and tracking technologies

This site does not install its own advertising tracking cookies and does not build commercial profiles.

It does load typefaces from an external service (Google Fonts), which means your IP address is communicated to that provider in order to deliver the font files. Your browser may also store technical data locally.

If we add traffic measurement tools in the future, we will update this notice before activating them.

11. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described and thereafter for the periods required by applicable civil, commercial, tax and professional regulations. Once those periods elapse, data is deleted or anonymized through secure procedures.

12. Changes to this notice

This notice may be amended to reflect regulatory changes or changes in our services or internal practices. Any amendment will be published on this page with the update date shown at the top.

13. Data protection authority

If you believe your right to personal data protection has been infringed, you may approach the competent authority. Following the constitutional reform on organic simplification, the powers formerly held by INAI were assumed by the Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno, under the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties in force since March 21, 2025.
